Part II ยท Milestone 4
Scaling and Leverage (Week 8+)
๐ The goal of week 8+
Scale what works. You now have infrastructure, data, and initial conversions. The goal is to transition from side activity into a meaningful, repeatable income engine.
๐๏ธ Week 8: Scaling
- Scale winners x3: For your best product, publish 3 new content assets (review, comparison, guide)
- Third channel: Add another distribution channel (YouTube? Blog? Pinterest?)
- Autoresponder: Set up a 3-5 email welcome sequence (Module 7)
- SEO: Write one SEO article optimized for a keyword with search volume
- Contact your affiliate manager: Request a dedicated coupon code for your lead offer
โก Week 8+: advanced steps (based on readiness)
If you have 10+ sales:
- Test paid ads with a small trial budget (for example, $10/day)
- Set up retargeting for site visitors or engaged video viewers
- Ask your affiliate manager about a commission tier increase
If you have an audience of 500+:
- Expand your product mix within the same niche
- Create comparison content: "[Product A] vs. [Product B]"
- Consider collaborations with other content creators
If the income is stable:
- Formalize business and tax registration requirements in your country (if not yet done)
- Consider outsourcing repetitive tasks
- Plan a content strategy for the next 90 days
