Module 2 ยท Lesson 1

How to choose a profitable niche that fits your interests

The niche is your area of โ€‹โ€‹expertise as a marketer. It could be "technology", but that's too broad. A better niche: "Bluetooth headphones up to 200$". Choosing your niche is the most important decision you will make - It will determine the type of content you will create, the audience you will address, and your profit potential.

The three criteria for a winning niche

A good niche meets three conditions at the same time:

๐Ÿ’ฐ Profitable
There are products with good commissions
+
โค๏ธ You are interested
You will be able to create content over time
+
๐Ÿ” There is a demand
People search and buy
โš ๏ธ The classic mistake

To choose a niche just because it is "profitable" (like finance or insurance), without any interest or knowledge in the field. The result? Generic content, lack of motivation, and abandonment within a month. If the niche does not interest you - you will not last.

Practical exercise: finding your niche

Take a page and a pen (or a digital document) and answer the following questions:

  1. What do you buy online often? (eg: clothing, gadgets, beauty products, books, sports equipment)
  2. What do friends ask you for advice on? (Technology? Fashion? Fitness? Cooking?)
  3. Which YouTube/TikTok channels do you watch? (The niche you consume - you can also create in it)
  4. What can you talk about for two hours without getting tired?

Now, from the answers, extract 3-5 potential niches.

Checking the profitability of the niche

After you have a list, check each niche against the following criteria:

โœ… Test 1: Are there any products with commissions?

Enter partner platforms (Affiracle, Amazon, AliExpress) and search for niche products. Pay attention to:

โœ… Test 2: Is there demand?

โœ… Test 3: Is it possible to create content?

๐Ÿ’ก The "niche within the niche" approach

If the niche you chose is too broad (eg "technology"), narrow it down. Instead of "Technology" โ†’ "Smartphone Accessories". Instead of "Fashion" โ†’ "Sports shoes for women". The narrower the niche, the easier it is to stand out and focus.

In the next lesson we will learn to get to know the different partner networks - local and international - and how to choose the right network for your niche.
